WEEKEND BOX OFFICE: Black Panther again tops the chart with another 41.1MM, on a leggy 48 percent drop, which means it will likely crack the all-time Top Five domestically in a couple of weekends and will likely rest at Number Three by the time it's done in theaters.  The debut of A Wrinkle In Time places with 33.3MM, which is likely disappointing against a reported 100MM+ budget.  That said, the top two films this weekend are by black directors with black stars as the House of Mouse brings social progress to the cineplex.  The Strangers: Prey at Night showed with 10.4MM and this seemingly pointless sequel only had a 5MM budget; hence, horror films as the perennial genre.  Red Sparrow slides into fourth with 8.1MM on a 52 percent drop, a performance suggesting that J-Law is not the draw some thought she was outside pre-sold franchises.  Game Night rounds out the Top Five with 7.9MM on a leggy 24 percent drop as the only comedy in town.  Both The Hurricane Heist and Gringo debuted below the fold, at eighth and eleventh, respectively.
