PAKISTAN: So, how's that peace deal working out?  The Taliban have issued a direct challenge to the legitimacy of the Pakistani government, by declaring the country's entire legal system "un-Islamic."  The Taliban have seized control of another district in the country's northwest just 70 miles from the capital after consolidating their hold on the Swat valley.  The Daily Beast's Gerald Posner reports that Taliban forces are on the verge of seizing Pakistan's nuclear arsenal.
