WEEKEND BOX OFFICE: The Fate of the Furious threepeated atop the chart with another 19.4MM on a 50 percent drop and breaking the billion-dollah mark worldwide. But it's already getting competition from Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 in some foreign markets and this weekend should put the spaceships ahead of the cars.  How To Be A Latin Lover placed well above expectations with 12MM; it will be interesting to see whather this plays as counter-programming to GotG2, or gets squeezed simply by the sheer number of screens Star-Lord & Co. will occupy.  Even more surprising is the Indian Baahubali 2: The Conclusion showing with 10.1 million on just 445 screens; the original, however, wasn't leggy and I would expect the same here.  The debut of The Circle took the fourth slot with 9.3MM -- despite Emma Watson and Tom hanks, this one got terrible reviews and Cinemascores (a D-), so the only silver lining here is the 18MM budget.
