CHARLIE SHEEN remained calm as police, under court orders, removed his 23-month-old twins from his custody - and RadarOnline.com captured the emotional surrender on video.  A judge temporarily stripped Sheen of custody, after ex-wife Brooke Mueller submitted a declaration in which she alleged Charlie said, "I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom."  Mueller also claims Sheen recently sent her a scathing, anti-Semitic text about his manager. In response, Sheen released photos of Mueller's alleged drug use.  Sheen also managed to offend a coven of Warlocks.
