The Washington Times runs a story that former Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court judges told the Senate Judiciary Committee that President Bush did not act illegally. At PowerLine, John Hindraker read the transcript of the hearing and concludes that the WashTimes story was arguably overstated and the NYT story badly misled its readers. And the AP story is worse.
